How long does it take to process a return
Once we receive and confirm your returned product, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days.
Why does the refund amount exclude delivery?
Shipping costs cover expenses directly related to logistics services. When you place an order, the shipping fee is paid to transport the item from the warehouse to your address. If you decide to return the product and request a refund, the merchant has already incurred these logistics costs. Therefore, it's common practice for merchants not to include shipping costs in the refund amount because these expenses have already been incurred and cannot be refunded to the merchant.

Return and refund process
Customers need to contact our customer service center to initiate a return within 15 days of purchasing the item. Once the return request is confirmed, we will provide the return address and further instructions. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless there is a quality issue with the item. Once we receive and inspect your returned item and confirm that it meets the return conditions, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Condition of the product
To ensure the product's resellability, all returned items must be in their original condition, including all packaging materials, barcodes, accessories, etc. The item should not show any signs of use, including but not limited to wear, scratches, or any form of damage.
Customized products
As customized products are made according to the specific requirements of customers, they are not eligible for our 15-day no-questions-asked return policy. We only accept returns of customized products if there is a quality issue.
